If you have any special shipping instructions, please include those with your order. In the absence of special instructions we will ship UPS Ground, and add the actual shipping charge to the invoice. Shipments are made from Salt Lake City, Utah.
For invoices under $300, a $20 handling fee will be added.
We do not require pre-payment. Terms are NET 60. Invoices not paid within 60 days of invoice date will be re-invoiced with a 5% late charge. Invoices not paid within 90 days of invoice date will be re-invoiced with an additional 3% late charge, and subject to collection fees. If there are any invoices over 90 days late, the customer will be placed on a “Pay-In-Advance Status” until such time there are no invoices over 90 days late.
Returns PolicyNo returns will be accepted on e-books or custom-published products.
Prior authorization is required. Any returns received by us without prior authorization will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Authorization can be requested by e-mailing orders@olympuspub.com. After authorization is received, returns should be delivered (with shipping paid by the sender) to:

Returns are allowed only on products that are: (1) purchased directly from Olympus Publishing Company; (2) in new, unmarked, and resalable condition; and (3) returned within 60 days of the introduction of a new edition. No returns allowed after the 60-day period has lapsed. Returned items that are not in new condition will be destroyed without credit or reimbursement.
There will be no restocking fee on the first return per edition; for subsequent returns, a restocking fee will be charged: $15 per textbook and $5 per supplement. (Note: In an effort to avoid extra shipping charges and restocking fees, most bookstores hold onto their extra inventory until a new edition has come out, and then make one return at that time.)
